The Team
James Holtsbaum
After gaining his initial business experience for over 10 years with leading companies in the accounting and finance sectors, James joined the family business, originally known as Maddison Property. Having completed a Masters of Project Management, James now runs the day-to-day operations of the business and continues to build on the company’s strong reputation in the marketplace. He has an in-depth expertise in the design, development and construction processes built from having project directed large and often challenging projects from their inception to successful completion.
Bob Maddison
A Civil Engineer by profession, Bob was previously New South Wales Manager and Executive Director of Civil & Civic (Lend Lease) before setting up Maddison Property Pty Ltd some 25 years ago. Bob is still involved in the business assisting the CPPM team to ensure continuity of client relationship is maintained on every project.
